Konrad is the founder and CEO of Falcon Coffees Limited, a green coffee trading company focused on realising the potential the coffee industry holds for impacting on global poverty. Konrad is responsible for defining Falcon’s business strategy . Over the last twenty two years Konrad has built start-up export operations in Zimbabwe, Angola, DR Congo and Cameroon. He also developed Falcon’s Collaborative Supply Chain business model in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Uganda and Nicaragua. Falcon works alongside social impact lenders such as Root Capital and ResponsAbility and non-profits including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Warren G Buffet Foundation and the Eastern Congo Initiative.  Konrad spends much of his time on the road, presenting Falcon’s business concepts to prospective clients, visiting origin partners and supporting the trading team in Lewes, East Sussex.
